GIVING
There are several ways to make a charitable contribution in support of the Hadley Public Library as well as the services and collections that it provides.
To support capital improvements to the Library, please consider making a tax deductible contribution to the Hadley Library Fund. The fund is managed by the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts and donations are used to make improvements to Library facilities and services in Hadley. HPL’s ongoing Capital Campaign offers a number of naming opportunities for rooms as well as other features of the Library and grounds.
The Library is glad to accept direct monetary gifts to enhance services and collections as well as gifts in memory of a loved one. All monetary donations which the Library may receive by gift or bequest shall be administered by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the provision of such gift or bequest.
Contributions which are received without written indications of a specific restriction will be treated as unrestricted. The Director maintains office procedures for receiving and acknowledging all contributions and maintaining accounting and donor records. Please refer to the complete HPL Donation Management Policy for more information.
Friends of Hadley Public Library also accepts donations in order to support enhancements to services and programming at the Library. Contact Sharon Andres, President of the Friends, for more information.
We appreciate every contribution that we receive!
